Melda Palace - Antalya

The sauna service was a nightmare! It had an unexpected charge, and the staff wasn't helpful in resolving my queries about it, leaving me frustrated. The common areas were not cleaned properly , unacceptable. I expected much better cleanliness standards at this hotel.

The apartments are all exactly the same, some personal decoration is missing.

It is a modern property located in Konyaalti Beach district not far from shops including Migros, the outskirts of the konyaalti suburb and resturant. There is plenty of tasty food for breakfast. The location is marvellous, near for night life. Thank you very much for the good stay, no complaint.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. Having a nice view of the pool and mountains from the 5th floor was a real treat. The pool remained open till 10 PM, and it was well-maintained throughout my stay. I found the staff to be helpful, providing extra towels and kitchenware without any fuss. I encountered some issues with the sauna. It came with a small charge, but I couldn't find time to use it. The location was decent, about 30-40 minutes from the airport, with a short distance to local attractions and grocery stores. I did notice some slight cleanliness inconsistencies in the common areas that could use attention. Nevertheless, I'd be happy to come back here. It really provided a cute environment during my trip.

What only disturbed was that when the neighbor cooked upstairs, the air from the hood also arrived at our house (no idea how to do that).

The pool area was a hit, especially for late evening swims.

While it was a wonderful stay, the location being slightly distant from the main attractions meant taxis were needed more frequently than expected.

This is a closed system which is not accessible to unauthorized persons from outside because it is guarded by security personnel.

The complex is in a very good location, beach is not far away. For the little ones there was a pool and playground.

Although there was enough space in the underground car park we were not allowed to park our car. W-Lan reception was only sufficient.

Had a cracking time! The apartment was spacious with all the gear ya need, including a flat-screen TV and a proper washing machine. But, oh, the cleaning could be a wee bit better. Still, staff were pure fantastic and super helpful. Would come back!

Spacious apartments with fine views. And kind staff. The location made it so easy to explore nearby shops and the beach.

A bit of cleaning inconsistency could be improved.

We enjoyed spacious apartments and appreciated flexible late checkout, though we didn't mean to burn the kettle.

Spacious and beautifully decorated, but thick pillows made sleep uncomfortable.
